Spooky Whiskers Rescue is a Rock Hill, South Carolina–based nonprofit dedicated to helping cats in need across both North and South Carolina. We specialize in rescuing feral and at-risk cats—those often overlooked, misunderstood, or considered “too difficult” to save.

Our work goes beyond traditional rescue. While many programs rely on trap-neuter-return (TNR), our mission is to remove cats from the streets permanently whenever possible. Through trapping, veterinary care, long-term care, and patient socialization, we give each cat the opportunity to heal, trust, and ultimately find a safe, stable future.

Feral cats require time, dedication, and resources. Many have never known human kindness, and their journey to becoming adoptable can take months—or longer. We believe they are worth that effort. Whether through adoption, placement in safe environments, or specialized care, we are committed to giving every cat a real chance at life off the streets.

In addition to rescue and rehabilitation, we also provide medical care for critical cases, including neonatal kittens and cats with complex health needs. Our goal is simple: no cat should be written off because they need extra time, care, or compassion.
